BRIEF
Deloitte wanted a social and YouTube campaign to champion the efforts of Veterans Work charity.
WHAT WE DID
We chose the podcast as the perfect medium to tell the stories of military veterans and their struggles to find work after they return from the front line.
We found the perfect location, booked TV presenter Kate Silverton, created the content and running orders, and deployed our class leading SEO and Analytics.
Finally we attracted A List talent to help promote the event including Joanna Lumley and Ray Winstone.
RESULT
As a result of our campaign Deloitte were able to connect a record number of veterans to jobs outside the armed forces.
The Podcast series doubled is subscribers and ran for three years.
Deloitte were so happy with the campaign they asked us to organise an event called "The Debate". Veterans from all over the country were able to speak directly to the head of HR at Deloitte and recruitment UK wide companies.
